1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lodi129 platform, accessible at lodi129.best ("the Platform"). They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Lodi129 ("we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet on Lodi129, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.
These Terms apply alongside the Lodi129 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms that may apply to individual bonuses or events. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
2. Eligibility
To open and use a Lodi129 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration (in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations).
- You are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Lodi129 employee or affiliated company.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or gaming ban that would legally prevent you from participating in online gaming.
Lodi129 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by ineligible players may be voided and withheld.
3. Account Registration
Each player may register only one account on Lodi129. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed, with balances forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Lodi129 will not be held liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Lodi129 support immediately via live chat.
Account verification (KYC): Before processing your first withdrawal, Lodi129 will ask you to complete identity verification. This typically requires a government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or PRC ID) and may include a proof of address or a selfie. This is a standard requirement for all licensed online gaming platforms and helps protect every player on the platform.
4. Deposits
Lodi129 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) only. Accepted payment channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
The minimum deposit is ₱50. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits are typically credited to your Lodi129 account within seconds for e-wallets and within one banking day for bank transfers.
Lodi129 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside our control. All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the platform. Lodi129 is not a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on player balances.
Lodi129 will only accept deposits made by the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts registered to another person — may be refunded, and related activity may be flagged for review.
5. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your account has been verified and your balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount of ₱100. Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability.
Processing timelines are as follows:

- GrabPay and Coins.ph: Typically within 1–3 hours
- Bank transfer (InstaPay/PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank): Same banking day or next banking day
- Visa/Mastercard: 3–5 banking days depending on your issuing bank
Lodi129 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if identity verification has not been completed. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during standard operating hours. We reserve the right to delay any withdrawal that is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Lodi129 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free credits, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply on Lodi129:
- Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit or action is completed.
- A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) applies to all bonus credits. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Fishing games and slots typically contribute 100%. Card games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate — check the specific promotion's page for details.
- Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
- Lodi129 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, or without notice if abuse is detected.
Players who are found to have created multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or who use any other method to exploit promotional offers, will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts permanently closed.
7. Gameplay Rules
All games on Lodi129 use independently tested random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed on screen. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue before completion, Lodi129's system records will be used to determine the correct resolution.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game's interface. It is your responsibility to review these limits before playing. Bets placed in error — including bets placed at incorrect limits — cannot be reversed once confirmed.
For live dealer and multiplayer games, standard table rules apply. Slow play or disruptive behaviour in shared rooms may result in temporary suspension from those rooms.
8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Lodi129 is committed to providing a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multi-player or live dealer environments.
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches. Any winnings obtained through a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
- Providing false identity information or documentation during verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Termination
You may close your Lodi129 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (net of pending bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable time.
Lodi129 may suspend or permanently close your account if you breach any provision of these Terms, fail to complete required verification, engage in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory order. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, account balances may be forfeited in full.
12. Limitation of Liability
Lodi129 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, network failures, third-party payment delays, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
